5 An easy way to meditation is best - There are many ways to meditate. Each of them is a vastly different process with the same end result. Check out these different methods of meditation to see what suits you.
Walking meditation
This
is one of the easiest ways to meditate, of course, it is not so
different from the world you have to be aware of your surroundings. With a walking meditation, you pay attention to your feelings and surroundings. Allow 20 minutes or longer if possible, choose a place where you are away from traffic. A local park is good. Then go for a walk and enjoy the area. Notice the smells and sounds and pay attention to what you see.
Breathing meditation
In
its simplest form, find a quiet place where you will not be affected
and begin taking deeper than it would normally take deep breaths. Breathe in a long, slow, deep breath. If possible, hold for a second or two before releasing it back slowly. Repeat again, at least 5 times and most preferably more. You will see that this is a quick way to achieve a relaxed state in your body.
Binaural beats meditation
This is the "modern" way to meditate and is the method that I personally use regularly. You can buy this type of meditation and play on your CD or MP3. You need to find a place that will not be affected by the length of the track, which is usually 30-60 minutes. The track will have a background noise - usually rainfall or music - as well as binaural beats.
These rhythms play two slightly different tones, one in each ear. Your
brain then tries to resolve the small difference between the tones and
this is what reveals a meditative state with almost no effort on your
part. This type of meditation is very powerful - do not be fooled by its simplicity!
Cosmic meditation
Very
similar to meditation binaural beats, which is often linked to the
cosmic order is a structured form of ideas of Napoleon Hill of Think and
Grow Rich. A cosmic meditation usually takes the form of a guided meditation that
will be relaxed and then allow you to send your wish list or current
aims of the cosmos.
Guided Meditation
There are many of them are available on the Internet. Usually they are lasting between 20 and 60 minutes. Normally,
a guided meditation will begin with a relaxation procedure to keep you
relaxed and receptive to the main part of meditation. Then
move on to the real purpose of meditation, if it is deep relaxation,
healing your body, contact your higher self or any other goal you have
chosen. You can choose one or guided meditation is often sold in packs of several guided meditations.
